Your appointment time is reserved just for you so I can give you my full attention. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours in advance to keep your booking fee applied. Changes within 48 hours will forfeit the booking fee. If you arrive more than 10 minutes past your start time, the appointment may be treated as a late cancel and I may not be able to see you. In that case, the booking fee is forfeited. If you do not show up, the booking fee is forfeited and the card on file will be charged 100% of the remaining balance.
